We include a small number of properties in our offer because we want to give each one maximum dedication and professionally check and present the property on the market.
We check the documentation, the legal status of the property and the information about the property, compare your expectations with the current market and give you a brief insight into how we think it is best to sell the property. We are considering whether you would like to make changes to the property in order to achieve a better price. We are preparing an exclusive mediation contract to be signed at the next meeting.

When we have agreed on all the specifics, all that remains is to sign the pre-contract/contract, and on the day of the signing, we also arrange the payment of the commission, which is 3% of the agreed price of the property.
