How did our story in real estate start?
I am Bojan Bralić, a family man from Matulji and a lover of sports, travel, nature, gastronomy, but also the world of real estate.
Although I have a master's degree in law, after a period of working in law, I realized very early on that I am more motivated for working with real estate. I entered this world first as legal support, and then it developed through managment of real estate purchase and sale, and the management and education of individuals, teams and offices throughout Kvarner region.
After 20 years of work, I have behind me over 5,000 purchases and sales and satisfied clients, over 100 trained agents, and the construction and management of several offices of the largest real estate system in Croatia.
Now the time has come for me to return home and start something completely different with my own vision of this business, a business that will be introducing world standards in the real estate business in Croatia.

Why did I decide to go my own way?
The real estate market in Croatia functions different than it is in countries with a more advanced real estate market system. In Croatia, most of the agents don't have exclusive properties so there is a constant battle, but also a constant mess on the real estate market as every agency has different prices, descriptions and are hiding the location of properties.
Today, we increasingly see how the work of agents in Croatia leads to the fact that most people are disappointed with the service they receive. Through my long professional experience, I tried to correct this by educating my agents and introducing changes, but large real estate systems do not easily accept changes, and the agent gets lost in the size of the space and the amount of properties. How many times has an agent come to take pictures of your property and then never got back to you? How many times have you called an agent who knows nothing about the property they have listed? Not only as an expert, but as a buyer and seller in this field, I myself encounter this all the time.
That's why I decided to open a small, local agency that will work in a completely different way. Where empathy and professionalism will be in the first place, and then the property will be sold with certainty, and all clients - both buyers and sellers, will leave satisfied because they have achieved the best terms of purchase and sale. Every purchase and sale is a story that carries different needs of clients, therefore the job of an agent should be responsible, professional in the knowledge of the terrain and the market, but also empathetic in order to know how to recognize these needs and harmonize them with the state of the market. And the situation on the market has changed. For a while the market was so lively that any agent could really sell anything, but today more and more agencies are faced with the fact that, well, their phone have stopped ringing. This is why I am convinced that our market will have to change, and I have taken the first step in that direction. It is impossible to be professional in the way that most agencies in Croatia work, and it is especially impossible to provide every seller and every buyer with the service they deserve, which is why most people, often justifiably, are disappointed with the work of agencies. Such a way of working also directly affects the bad state of the real estate market.
That is why BRALIĆ REAL ESTATE will not work like others.
We are not here to be the biggest real estate agency or to have the largest number of properties.
